Liberate – Step One Permanent Styling Lotion

A professional permanent styling lotion for the Curl Cult® system, designed to enhance and form lasting curls. Apply generously to hair washed with PREPARE Clarifying Shampoo, roll onto Curl Cult rods, and process up to 90 minutes. For compromised hair, apply after rolling rods. Add heat for resistant hair and check every 2-5 minutes. Once curl pattern forms and elasticity increases, apply REGENERATE Step Two Neutralizing Treatment without rinsing. Directions for Use: Shake well before use. Apply generously to hair washed with PREPARE Clarifying Shampoo. Roll hair onto Curl Cult rods and process up to 90 minutes. (Solution can be applied after rods are rolled if hair is previously compromised.) If hair is resistant, add heat to improve results. Check hair every 2-5 minutes. Once curl pattern forms and elasticity increases, apply REGENERATE Step Two Neutralizing Treatment without rinsing. Read detailed instructions via QR code prior to use.
