Regenerate – Step Two Neutralizing Treatment

A professional neutralizing treatment for the Curl Cult® permanent styling system, designed to lock in curl patterns after LIBERATE Step One Permanent Styling Lotion. Apply generously without rinsing Step One, process for 10 minutes, remove rods, reapply, and process for 2 additional minutes. Rinse and condition without shampooing. Note: This product is available to order only after certification.

Directions for Use: Apply generously over LIBERATE Step One Permanent Styling Lotion to ensure even saturation (do not rinse first). Process for 10 minutes. Remove rods, reapply REGENERATE Step Two Neutralizing Treatment, and process for 2 more minutes. Rinse and condition. Do not shampoo.
